This legislative obligation is introduced in the EU purely for practical reasons of accessibility of manufacturers, especially those established in third countries (typically the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of South Korea, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the Republic of China – Taiwan, the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, etc.)
For our customers, KOMORA s.r.o. thus becomes the official contact point for control, inspection organizations and, in particular, for market surveillance authorities in the Czech Republic.
